"Unacceptable behavior!"

"The owner had an unacceptable attitude! Its been a month and more that I am waiting for the deposit and for the months that I left earlier and still he has not give anything back and he is calling me a month later to tell me that I runied a small part of the wall and he needs to paint all the apartment again and he will keep money from my deposit. This is unacceptable, i thought that you as a big business will help me but you did nothing at all.
The word that describes this situation is disappointment. "
