"Dear Book-a-flat,first of all ,the flat was not as shining as we saw on your website.Although we take it as clean.It was dirty.After first bath the water did not pass through properly.As we said that .It is not repaired .But at the check - out, it is written .Finally water couldn't pass through properly there was a problem on some tiles.We gave her our insurance papers to the land lady if needed .It is 5 weeks waiting for our deposit to be paid back.I beleive the lady at the check-in should inform us where to look at the check-in.Now we know we should run the water at the bath for 10 minuutes.There are few more small things too, to look.Kind regards,"
