"Poor apartment and poor service"

"This apartment did not match the pictures as shown on the website and we refused to stay there. Though the staff a book-a-flat tried to find alternatives we never got a refund for 1 month of rent. Deposit was returned. Overall very disappointing.

En réponse à ces commentaires je voudrais rappeler le contexte. Au départ Pieter Dick a trouvé l'appartement très correct puisqu'il l'a réservé et fait toutes les formalités pour l'habiter. C'est son épouse qui, lorsqu'elle est entrée dans l'appartement quelques jours plus tard, voyant un revêtement de sol en coco dans la chambre à coucher a jugé qu'elle ne pouvait pas y dormir pour cause d'allergie. Ils ont donc cherché un autre logement. L'appréciation ne reflète pas cette réalité. Cet appartement est en bon état général et l'équipement (qu'ils n'ont pas utilisé) est au contraire un de ses points forts."
