The website www.book-a-flat.com (hereafter referred to as "the Website") is published by Book-A-Flat. The company has a registered head office located at 18 rue Volney, 75002 Paris, under the number 478 941 990 on the Paris Register of Commerce and Companies (hereafter referred to as "Book-a-flat").

Book-a-flat can be contacted by e-mail, through the "Contact" section on the website or by telephone at +33 (0)1 47 03 14 20.

Book-a-flat is a property agency, holding a professional identity card number T 10851 issued by the Paris Police Headquarters. It is financially guaranteed by QBE International Insurance Limited for a sum of €30,000, corresponding to its registered headquarters at 18 rue Volney 75002 Paris.

3. USER BEHAVIOUR

The User is forbidden from any use of the Website and its services that is counter to current regulation, rules of good practice on the Internet and more generally that is likely to cause harm to Book-a-flat’s interests or image.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and the elements that it contains, including logos, brands, signs of identification, texts, graphic elements, data pertaining to properties, photographs and images, are the exclusive property of Book-a-flat.

The User acknowledges that any use of the Website or the elements it contains, other than for consulting and normal use of the Website, is an infringement of Book-a-flat’s intellectual property rights.

The User is therefore forbidden from:

Reproducing by any means all or part of the Website or any of the elements it contains;

Using, marketing or distributing, in exchange for payment or for free, any element that forms a part of the Website, such as advertisements, descriptions, information or photographs;

Modifying, removing or altering in any way and by any process, all or part of the elements contained on the Website

Without prejudice to full compensation for prejudice suffered by Book-a-flat, any infringement of the present clause shall render the User liable to payment of of the sum of 2,000 euros to compensate for damages caused.

Book-a-flat authorises the creation of hyperlinks to the Website, under the conditions determined below.

The link must open a new browser window, using the Website’s full URL and reproducing the terms and conditions and intellectual property conditions. 6. LIABILITY OF BOOK-A-FLAT

The Site’s objective is not to provide the necessary formal rental agreements or any other agreements, and this is not the intended result.

Book-a-flat will ensure every care is taken to complete and update the Website. However, the information and photographs that it contains have no contractual value. Book-a-flat cannot guarantee that they are exempt from error, are complete or will satisfy the User’s expectations.

Book-a-flat reserves the faculty, and is fully within its rights to modify, suspend or interrupt all or part of the Website, either temporarily or definitively and without any prior information or termination formalities. It cannot be held liable for any reason in the event of modification, suspension or interruption, both provisional or permanent.

7. CAVEAT

The User acknowledges that they are perfectly aware of the difficulties inherent to the use of Internet (network disturbance, varying speeds, technical failures of communications systems unrelated to Book-a-flat. The liability of Book-a-flat can under no circumstances be brought into question due to one of these difficulties.

The website www.book-a-flat.com (hereafter referred to as "the Website") is published by Book-A-Flat. The company has a registered head office located at 18 rue Volney, 75002 Paris, under the number 478 941 990 on the Paris Register of Commerce and Companies (hereafter referred to as "Book-a-flat").

9. DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE OWNERS

The property owners are entitled to send an email to book-a-flat, using the address info@book-a-flat.com, a detailed description of their property accompanied by photographs. Book-a-flat reserves the right not to include this description and/photographs on the Website and does so at its discretion.

In sending the description to the address mentioned above, the User declares that s/he is personally authorised, without any restrictions, to grant enjoyment of the property in question in accordance with the foreseen rental.

In any event, the owner is responsible for providing an exact description that is true and exhaustive of the property in question and to provide their full name, date of birth and address. The User also guarantees Book-a-flat that they own all of the intellectual property rights concerning both the photographs send and the elements they contain, required for the reproduction and representation on the Website. The User also guarantees that the description and the accompanying photographs are not liable to violate privacy rights or personal image rights.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

10.1. Data collection and rights of the individual

Some sections of the Website can provide you with the capacity to send us personal information (name, address, email address, etc.). The form includes a box to check which allows you to accept or refuse to allow your information to be used by Book-a-flat for marketing or promotional use, both by Book-a-flat and by third parties. The present terms & conditions are subject to French law.

IN THE EVENT THAT CURRENT REGULATION MAY DEPART FROM THE RULES OF TERRITORIAL COMPETENCY OF JURISDICTIONS AND IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE REGARDING THE PRESENT TERMS, THE PARTIES ATTRIBUTE THE JURISDICTION TO THE COURTS OF PARIS
