"The apartment has the most stunning view, my favourite aspect, it is very cozy and the size itself is incredible. The apartment made my stay in Paris go the extra mile. It is very well located and connected with all of Paris, the only minor issue is that it gets crowded with tourists on weekends because of the proximity to sightseeing spots, but nothing to serious. There is no washing machine within the apartment or building but there is a Laverie close by, it is a bit tedious to have to walk to it with all your things, but once again nothing to serious. The only thing I recommend, if your stay is during summer days, buy a fan because the apartment can get extremely hot, sometimes leaving the windows open is not enough and there is no air conditioning. Be careful to clean everything extremely thoroughly before you leave, they are picky and will charge you the cleaning services for the smallest things. "
