The Tenant Selection Solution is entirely free for the owner, but means you must commit a little time. The agency’s commission, 13% before tax of a year’s rent, is paid for by the tenant.

• organise viewings
• ensure that the selected tenant has gone through rigorous checks
• draw up the lease
• organise the schedule of condition through Opéra Groupe. Only the schedule of condition when vacating the premises is paid for by the owner (€145,44 inc. tax for a studio, €150,44 inc. tax for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, €155,44 inc. tax for a 3-bedroom apartment).

As for the Carefree Management Solution, the fees due by the owner represent 6.5% before tax of a year’s rent.

We ensure that:

• your property is promoted on Book a Flat.com
• the selected tenant has gone through rigorous checks, and we draw up the lease
• the tenant is moved in schedule of condition carried out

• all the repairs, deliveries (urgent or not) related to the apartment, the furniture, and dealings with internet, cable, and telephone providers, are carried out.
