Created in 2004, Book a Flat is a real estate agency specialized in furnished luxury rentals meant to French or foreign business, tourists and students clients. So, we are offering you from short to long term (from a month to a year) rentals and refuse seasonal rentals.

Located Place Vendôme, Book a Flat manages more than a 1000 apartments renovated in Paris’ center, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Boulogne Billancourt and Levallois. Our real estate agency proposes luxury apartments fully renovated and furnished with a modern and contemporaneous design.

All apartments proposed are entirely dedicated to furnished rentals but we also have some empty, for sell or rent. Our services vary with your expectations and availabilities.

Our upscale real estate agency is addressed to business customers (CEO or professionals, French or foreigners), students and temporary displacement.

Our team, very reactive, is fully committed to contest you within 24 hours. Moreover, our customers’ and partners’ follow-up is one of our essentials enlistments.

Concerning legal action, Book a Flat agency holds the business license T10851 delivered by the French Paris’ Police headquarters. In addition, rental mandates between Book a Flat and owners are non-exclusive, free and yearly renewable.

We are responsible for organizing visits, taking pictures, the lining up and verifying the tenant’s guarantees and drafting the lease.

Thanks to a partnership with a specialized company, we organize the tenant’s ingoing and outgoing inventories for more than two months rentals. It can be done by the owner or our partner.

Our services are FREE for owners: rental fees are entirely payable by the tenant. Only fees for landlords are outgoing inventories fees are coming to 150€ more or less, depending on the floor area.
