"It's a very nice apartment ONLY in terms of the amenities. The fact that was on the ground floor was a huge minus and was the main cause of many other problems such as noise, smell and the existence of insects.

There was a broken window from the very first day which the owner had promised to replace but unfortunately never did. For that and many other reasons I would never extend the lease to stay longer in this place, a year was already too much!"
